Bookings require a non refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
Invoices are to be paid immediately after service completion. Failure to pay after 48 hours will result in a late fee of 10% of the remaining balance, unless a payment arrangement is made prior to service. Each additional day afterwards, or each additional day that a payment arrangement is missed, will result a $10 late fee charge. No exceptions.
Failure to pay for services may result in late fees, denial of future service and/or account being placed in collections for non-payment.
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, contact us within 24 hours and we will schedule a time and date to clean the areas again that you are not satisfied with, free of charge.
